Parents Friends Association (PFA)

Welcome to the Parents and Friends Association page of our Website. We are a charity that is here to provide all the children at the school with any additional resources and experiences that the school may require throughout their primary school journey.

All parents automatically become members of the PFA when their children join the school. It’s a great way for new parents to make friends with other parents and get involved with school life. PFA events also help to build firm relationships between the wider community and the school.

We run lots of exciting and fun events throughout the year such as movie and quiz nights, raffles and cake sales, a children’s pop-up Christmas gift shop and an annual summer event – and all funds from the events go back to the school (and the pre-school) to support school projects.

In recent years, the PFA has helped the school to buy a waterproofs for children in early Years and KS1, new Early Years resources for outdoors, computers, a stage, musical instruments and exciting new math’s resources. In addition, we have provided the following treats for the children: transport fees for residential trips, Christmas entertainments, and a farewell party/activity for those moving on to secondary school.

A proactive PFA can make a huge difference to the extras that the school can provide for our children, we are always keen for new ideas and suggestions for fundraising and all help however great or small is greatly appreciated.
