Welcome

Welcome to Padbury Church of England School

A very warm welcome to our school. We hope our website gives you a glimpse of what makes Padbury such a special place to learn, grow and belong.

We are proud to serve the villages of Padbury, Adstock and Addington, while warmly welcoming families from beyond our local community. At Padbury, every child is known, valued and encouraged to flourish.

Our vision is at the heart of everything we do:

"Shine as a light before others so that we can all be the best that we can be."

Inspired by the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:14-16, we encourage every member of our school community to let their light shine. We believe that every child has unique gifts and talents, and we strive to help them develop confidence, character and a love of learning, enabling them to achieve their very best.

Through high expectations, strong relationships and our Christian values, we provide a nurturing and ambitious environment where children feel safe, supported and challenged to succeed. We are committed to developing the whole child, ensuring that every pupil can grow academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.

While we are proud of our Christian foundation, we warmly welcome families of all faiths and none. Respect, kindness and belonging are at the centre of our community, and together we help children become confident, compassionate and resilient citizens who make a positive difference in the world.

We are proud of our children, our staff and the strong partnerships we build with families. If you would like to find out more about our school, please get in touch. I would be delighted to welcome you personally and show you our school in action.

I look forward to meeting you.
