About Us
Welcome
Welcome to Padbury Church of England School, a welcoming and inclusive village school for children aged 4 to 11 years. We are proud of our nurturing environment where every child is known, valued and encouraged to flourish.
Our school is a place where children are inspired to learn, develop confidence and discover their unique gifts and talents. Through high-quality teaching, exciting opportunities and a strong sense of community, we strive to help every child achieve their very best academically, socially and emotionally.
Joining Our School
Starting school is an important milestone in every child's life, and we are committed to making the transition as positive and enjoyable as possible. Many children join us in Reception and remain with us throughout their primary education, while others join us at different points during their school journey.
Whether children are joining us from another school, moving into the area or beginning school for the very first time, they are warmly welcomed into the Padbury family.
All About Us
At Padbury Church of England School, we are proud to offer a warm, caring and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow and thrive. Our school combines high expectations with a nurturing approach, ensuring that every child feels safe, supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential.
Our Christian values of Love and Kindness, Respect, Courage, Self-Control and Trust are at the heart of everything we do. These values shape our relationships, guide our decision-making and help children develop the character, confidence and compassion needed to become responsible citizens and lifelong learners.
We believe learning extends beyond the classroom and provide a wide range of opportunities for children to develop their interests, talents and skills. Through sport, music, the arts, outdoor learning, educational visits and wider enrichment activities, children are encouraged to discover new passions and build confidence in their abilities.
As an inclusive school, we recognise that children learn in different ways and may require different levels of support. We are committed to meeting the needs of all learners and work closely with families to ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their starting point. We celebrate individuality and strive to remove barriers to learning so that every child can flourish.
Our strong partnerships with parents, carers, governors, the church and the wider community enrich school life and contribute to the sense of belonging that makes Padbury such a special place to learn and grow.
Children are proud to be part of Padbury Church of England School. They enjoy learning, value their friendships and contribute positively to our school community through their actions and attitudes.
