PE

P.E. at Home

Below you will find access to a range of P.E. activities to use while you are at home to keep your body and your mind healthy.  You could do some in the weekly timetabled P.E. lesson or try to do something active everyday.  If you do not like the look of these activities try to do a walk, bike ride, run or anything else that gets you up and moving.

The link below will take you to a website with a bank of ideas and activities to keep the whole family active and involved in physical activities.  The page states 'Subscribe to Unlock', however you do not need to subscribe and can access the activities for free.
